At Solve Collectibles, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@solvecollectibles.com.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
